Kyungyoung Co, a senior advisor, has experience in advising on the establishment and execution of mid/long-term innovation strategies, as well as on the integrated risk management and regulatory compliance with the Financial Supervisory Service(FSS) for major banks and conglomerates in Korea.
He has conducted ESG consulting and system establishment projects for large and mid-sized companies, and consulting on the introduction of BIS II for Kookmin Bank at IBM BCS, which was the first case in Korea.
Additionally, he participated in the establishment of the FSRM department, supporting the introduction of operational risk management in the financial institutions and an approval from the FSS.
Kyungyoung is currently participating in establishment and execution of BDO Global Net-Zero plan, and providing various consulting services to Korean listed and mid-sized enterprises, including carbon emission management, net-zero strategy establishment, and ESG evaluation for supply chains.
